Foshan Shipu Technology Lighting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shipu," "we," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal privacy. When you use our services, you may be required to provide your personal information or device permissions. In accordance with current laws, regulations, and policies, we have formulated this "Hyundai KNX Privacy Protection Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). This Agreement applies to all products or services provided by Shipu. Please read this Agreement carefully and ensure you understand our rules regarding the collection and processing of your personal information (including how we collect, use, store, share, and protect such information) before deciding whether to consent. Once you start using or continue to use our products or services, it means that you agree to our processing of your relevant information in accordance with this Agreement.

We promise to adopt corresponding security protection measures to protect your personal information in accordance with mature security standards.

1. Service Description
The specific service content of the "HYUNDAI KNX APP" is provided by the "HYUNDAI KNX APP" based on its actual situation. The "HYUNDAI KNX APP" reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part of the network services. The "HYUNDAI KNX APP" reserves the right to adjust the types and forms of services provided by the "HYUNDAI KNX APP" platform at any time based on the actual situation. The "HYUNDAI KNX APP" shall not be liable for any losses caused to users due to business adjustments. The "HYUNDAI KNX APP" only provides related services. In addition, the equipment required for this service (such as computers, modems, and other devices related to Internet access) and the related costs (such as telephone bills and Internet access fees paid for Internet access) shall be borne by the user.

2. Privacy Protection
2.1 When registering an account or using this service, users may need to fill in or submit some necessary information, such as identity information required by laws, regulations, rules, and normative documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations"). If the information submitted by the user is incomplete or does not comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, the user may not be able to use this service or may be restricted in using this service.
2.2 Personal privacy information refers to information involving a user's personal identity or privacy, such as the user's real name, ID card number, mobile phone number, mobile device identification code, IP address, user chat records, etc. Non-personal privacy information refers to basic record information that objectively reflects the user's operational status and usage habits of this service on the HYUNDAI KNX APP server, other ordinary information outside the scope of personal privacy information, and the aforementioned privacy information that the user has agreed to disclose.
2.3 Respecting the private nature of users' personal privacy information is a consistent policy of HYUNDAI KNX APP. HYUNDAI KNX APP will take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the security of users' personal privacy information and prevent the leakage, damage, or loss of users' personal privacy information collected in this service. In the event of the aforementioned situation or if HYUNDAI KNX APP discovers a potential for such a situation, it will promptly take remedial measures.
2.4 HYUNDAI KNX APP will not disclose or reveal users' personal privacy information to any third party without the user's consent. Except in the following specific circumstances:
2.4.1 HYUNDAI KNX APP provides users' personal privacy information in accordance with legal regulations or the instructions of competent authorities;
2.4.2 Leakage of any personal information caused by the user informing others of their password or sharing their registered account and password with others, or leakage of personal privacy information due to other reasons not attributable to HYUNDAI KNX APP;
2.4.3 The user voluntarily discloses their personal information to a third party;
2.4.4 An agreement is reached between the user and HYUNDAI KNX APP and its cooperative units regarding the use and disclosure of the user's personal information, and HYUNDAI KNX APP therefore discloses the user's personal privacy information to the cooperative units;
2.4.5 Leakage of users' personal privacy information caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion, and other force majeure events;
2.4.6 Other circumstances stipulated in this Agreement.
2.5 The user agrees that HYUNDAI KNX APP may use the user's personal information for the following purposes:
2.5.1 HYUNDAI KNX APP sends important notices to the user in a timely manner, such as software updates and changes to the terms of this Agreement;
2.5.2 HYUNDAI KNX APP conducts internal audits, data analysis, and research, etc., to improve HYUNDAI KNX APP's products, services, and communication with users;
2.5.3 Managing and reviewing user information and taking processing measures in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and handling situations where users disclose their personal information;
2.5.4 Other matters stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.
2.5.5 Except for the matters mentioned above, HYUNDAI KNX APP will not use users' personal privacy information for any other purposes without obtaining the user's consent.
2.6 In order to improve HYUNDAI KNX APP's technology and services and provide users with a better service experience, HYUNDAI KNX APP may collect and use or provide to third parties users' non-personal privacy information.

3. User Information Collection
When the HYUNDAI KNX APP provides services, it may collect, store, and use the following information related to you. If you do not provide the relevant information, you may not be able to register as a HYUNDAI KNX APP user or enjoy certain services provided by HYUNDAI KNX APP, or may not achieve the intended effects of the relevant services.
3.1 Information you provide to HYUNDAI KNX APP
Information you fill in when registering for a HYUNDAI KNX APP account and/or submit when using the services provided by HYUNDAI KNX APP, including but not limited to your phone number, username information, etc.
3.2 Information collected during your use of the service
In order to provide and optimize the services you need, HYUNDAI KNX APP will collect information related to your use of the services. This information includes:
3.2.1 When you use the HYUNDAI KNX APP platform services or visit the platform web pages, HYUNDAI KNX APP automatically receives and records information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, information about your actual location, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware characteristic information, and web page records you requested, etc.; If you download or use the HYUNDAI KNX APP or its affiliate client software, or use HYUNDAI KNX APP platform services by visiting mobile web pages, HYUNDAI KNX APP may read information related to your location and mobile device, including but not limited to device model, device identification code, operating system, resolution, telecom operator, etc.
3.2.2 When using HYUNDAI KNX APP platform services or visiting HYUNDAI KNX APP platform web pages, please do not actively provide HYUNDAI KNX APP with your sensitive personal information (such as race, religion, political stance, personal health and medical information, sexual orientation, etc.), otherwise HYUNDAI KNX APP cannot guarantee the possibility of accidental collection.
3.2.3 When you use specific services provided by the HYUNDAI KNX APP platform, HYUNDAI KNX APP will collect other necessary information from you based on the requirements of the specific service. HYUNDAI KNX APP will strictly collect information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. You should ensure the authenticity of the identity information you fill in or submit; otherwise, HYUNDAI KNX APP may choose to refuse to provide you with related services.
3.2.4 In addition to the above information, HYUNDAI KNX APP may also collect your other information for the reasonable need of providing services and improving service quality, including the relevant information you provide when contacting HYUNDAI KNX APP's customer service team, the questionnaire response information you send to HYUNDAI KNX APP when participating in questionnaires, and the relevant information collected by HYUNDAI KNX APP during interactions between you and HYUNDAI KNX APP's affiliates or HYUNDAI KNX APP partners. At the same time, in order to improve the security of your use of the services provided by the HYUNDAI KNX APP platform and more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and Trojan viruses, HYUNDAI KNX APP may judge the risk of your account by understanding some of your network usage habits and the information of the software you commonly use, and may record some URLs that HYUNDAI KNX APP considers risky.
3.3 Information from Third Parties
In order to provide you with better and superior services, or to provide you with services jointly, or for the purpose of preventing Internet fraud, HYUNDAI KNX APP's affiliates and partners will share your personal information with HYUNDAI KNX APP in accordance with the law, or as agreed with you, or with your consent.

You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this privacy protection clause:
3.3.1 Keyword information you enter when using the search service within the site provided by the HYUNDAI KNX APP platform;
3.3.2 Data collected by HYUNDAI KNX APP related to your evaluations on the HYUNDAI KNX APP platform when you do not choose the "Anonymous Evaluation" function, including but not limited to username, product name, and evaluation details, etc.;
3.3.3 Credit evaluations, actions that violate legal provisions or HYUNDAI KNX APP rules, and measures HYUNDAI KNX APP has taken against you;
3.3.4 Enterprise name and other relevant business registration information required to be publicized by laws and regulations, as well as information of natural person operators.

You acknowledge and agree: HYUNDAI KNX APP may cooperate with third parties to provide users with relevant network services. In such cases, provided that the corresponding entity under HYUNDAI KNX APP has signed appropriate confidentiality terms with the third party, HYUNDAI KNX APP has the right to provide the user's registration information and other materials to the third party and require the third party to process the aforementioned information for HYUNDAI KNX APP in accordance with HYUNDAI KNX APP's privacy protection terms and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. In addition, without disclosing the privacy data of a single user, HYUNDAI KNX APP has the right to analyze the entire user database and commercially utilize the user database. HYUNDAI KNX APP may conduct statistics on the usage of network services. Meanwhile, HYUNDAI KNX APP may share these statistical information with the public to demonstrate the overall usage trends of HYUNDAI KNX APP services. These statistical information do not contain any identity recognition information of you.

4. Purpose and Method of Information Use
As the purpose of collecting your information is to provide you with services and improve service quality, to achieve this purpose, HYUNDAI KNX APP will use your information for the following purposes:
4.1 To provide you with the various services you use, and to maintain and improve these services.
4.2 HYUNDAI KNX APP may use the contact information you provide to communicate with you, for example, to notify you about your account, security updates, product and service information. In order to better serve you, please check the relevant information sent by HYUNDAI KNX APP in a timely manner.
4.3 HYUNDAI KNX APP may use your personal information to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, endangering security, illegal activities, or actions that violate the agreements, policies, or rules of HYUNDAI KNX APP or its affiliates, in order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, the legitimate rights and interests of other HYUNDAI KNX APP users, or HYUNDAI KNX APP or its affiliates.
4.4 HYUNDAI KNX APP will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless prior consent is obtained from you, or the third party and HYUNDAI KNX APP and its affiliates provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the service ends, it will be prohibited from accessing all such information that it was previously able to access.
4.5 The HYUNDAI KNX APP integrates the [JPush, Xiaomi Push, Huawei Push, OPPO Push, vivo Push, Meizu Push] SDK. The SDK will collect device identifiers (including Android ID, GAID, OAID, UAID, IDFA, AAID, Boot ID): used to generate a desensitized unique identifier for the end user's device to ensure accurate message pushing; device hardware information (including device model, device screen resolution, device hardware manufacturer, device product name, device storage space), operating system information (including operating system version, system name, system language): used to ensure service compatibility on different devices and ensure accurate message delivery; network information (including network type, carrier information, IP address, DHCP, WIFI status information): used to determine the network connection status between the SDK and the server, ensuring service stability and continuity; push information logs: used for you to query push service records and understand the delivery status of push information. Other information: Device identifiers (including IMEI, MAC, IMSI): used as a supplement to generating the unique identifier of the end user's device, improving the accuracy of the unique device identifier, thereby enhancing the accuracy and reach rate of pushes; network information (including SSID, BSSID, WiFi list information, base station information, SIM card status): used to determine fuzzy location information, select the nearest push service node to provide push services, and improve the push reach rate.
4.6 The HYUNDAI KNX APP integrates the com.tencent.bugly (Bugly) SDK, which collects the Android ID for catching application exceptions and making statistics.
4.7 The third-party SDK com.amap.api (AMap) integrated in HYUNDAI KNX APP obtains the user's location information (latitude and longitude, precise location, approximate location), device information (such as IP address, GNSS information, WiFi status, WiFi parameters, WiFi list, SSID, BSSID, base station information, WiFi signal strength information, Bluetooth information, sensor information (vector, acceleration, pressure, direction, geomagnetism), device signal strength information, external storage directory), device identification information (IDFA, OAID), current application information (application name, application version number), device parameters and system information (system properties, device model, operating system, carrier information) in order to return user location information to the application and provide corresponding services based on the user's location information.
4.8 The HYUNDAI KNX APP requests the user's "Camera Permission" when opening the application, to facilitate the use of the scan QR code function when the user is in the module for binding a house.
4.9 Application self-starting or associated starting behavior. When the APP login information is cleared, the APP will be reopened to obtain login information to ensure the normal operation of the APP.

Although HYUNDAI KNX APP has taken corresponding security precautions, it may still be unavoidable for a third party to bypass HYUNDAI KNX APP's security measures and enter HYUNDAI KNX APP's database to find your personal data. HYUNDAI KNX APP believes that when you place your personal data into HYUNDAI KNX APP's database, you are aware of and agree to assume such risks. HYUNDAI KNX APP shall not bear any legal responsibility for any legal disputes arising therefrom.

You acknowledge and agree: HYUNDAI KNX APP provides you with links through advertisements or other methods, enabling you to access third-party services or websites. When you use such third-party services, you are subject to the service terms and privacy terms of the third party, and you need to read their terms carefully. This Agreement only applies to the information collected by the servers provided by HYUNDAI KNX APP and does not apply to any services provided by any third party or the information usage rules of any third party. HYUNDAI KNX APP is not responsible for any third party's use of the information provided by you.

5. User Registration
5.1 You confirm that when you complete the registration process or actually use the HYUNDAI KNX APP platform services in other ways permitted by HYUNDAI KNX APP, you should be a natural person, legal person, or other organization with the corresponding capacity for civil conduct. If you do not have the aforementioned subject qualification, then you and your parent or legal guardian (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Guardian") shall bear all consequences resulting therefrom, and HYUNDAI KNX APP has the right to cancel your account and claim compensation from you and your Guardian.
5.2 HYUNDAI KNX APP attaches great importance to the security of the collection and use of minors' personal information. HYUNDAI KNX APP recommends that any minor under the age of 18 participating in online activities should obtain the consent of their guardian in advance and comply with the "National Youth Network Civilization Convention." The guardian shall bear the primary responsibility for the risks of minors' online activities and the protection of minors' related online privacy.
5.3 If it is found that your user account contains indecent text or inappropriate names, the HYUNDAI KNX APP platform reserves the right to cancel the user's qualification. Please do not register with the real names, aliases, stage names, or pen names of party and state leaders or other social celebrities; Please do not register with the names of state agencies or other institutions; Please do not register uncivilized, unhealthy names, or names containing discriminatory, insulting, or obscene words; Please do not register account names that are ambiguous, likely to cause misunderstanding by others, or otherwise do not comply with legal provisions; Users themselves are obligated to ensure the security of their account and password. The user shall be solely responsible for any losses or damages caused by all activities carried out using the account and password. This platform shall not bear any responsibility.
5.4 If a user finds that their account is being used without authorization or any other security problem occurs, they should immediately change their account password and keep it safe. If necessary, please notify this platform. HYUNDAI KNX APP platform shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of the account due to hacking or the user's negligence in custody.
5.5 You understand and agree that once you register a user account, you are deemed to have agreed that HYUNDAI KNX APP and/or its affiliated companies can send and inform you of corresponding product service advertising information, promotional offers, and other marketing information through phone calls, text messages, or emails to the mobile phone numbers and email addresses filled in during registration; if you do not agree to receive relevant information, you can unsubscribe through customer service or related prompts.

6. User Conduct
The user agrees not to use this service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following behaviors:
6.1 Publishing or otherwise transmitting information containing any of the following content:
Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
Harming national honor and interests;
Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;
Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legal rights of others;
Containing content that is false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, infringing upon others' privacy, harassing, infringing, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable;
Containing other content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, decrees, and any norms with legal effect;
Containing content that "HYUNDAI KNX APP" deems unsuitable for display on "HYUNDAI KNX APP";
6.2 Harming the legitimate rights and interests of others in any way;
6.3 Impersonating any other person or institution, or falsely stating or misrepresenting affiliation with any person or institution;
6.4 Publishing, emailing, or otherwise transmitting any content that is known or disclosed under any law or contract or fiduciary relationship (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed through employment relationships or under confidentiality agreements) but which you are not authorized to transmit;
6.5 Publishing or otherwise transmitting content that infringes upon any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights (hereinafter referred to as "Proprietary Rights");
6.6 Publishing, sending, or otherwise transmitting any advertising materials, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spamming," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
6.7 Publishing, sending, or otherwise transmitting any data designed to interfere with, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or communications equipment, including but not limited to Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots (hereinafter referred to as "Viruses") or other computer code, files, or programs;
6.8 Interfering with or disrupting this service or the servers and networks connected to this service, or violating any regulations, procedures, policies, or norms of the networks connected to this service;
6.9 Stalking, doxxing, or otherwise harassing others;
6.10 Intentionally or unintentionally violating any applicable local or national laws, as well as any legally effective rules;
6.11 Intercepting, tampering with, collecting, storing, or deleting other people's personal information, station messages, or other data materials without legal authorization, or using the information obtained for any illegal or improper purpose.

You have acknowledged that "HYUNDAI KNX APP" does not exercise comprehensive control over the user's use behavior. When using any content, including relying on the correctness, completeness, or practicality of the aforementioned content, you agree to judge by yourself and bear all risks, without relying on "HYUNDAI KNX APP". However, "HYUNDAI KNX APP", at its own discretion, may refuse and delete any content provided through this service that violates these terms or otherwise causes "HYUNDAI KNX APP" displeasure. You understand and agree that "HYUNDAI KNX APP", in accordance with legal requirements or in good faith for the following purposes or within a reasonably necessary scope, deems it necessary to preserve or disclose content, may preserve or disclose it:
6.11.1 To comply with legal procedures;
6.11.2 To enforce this User Agreement;
6.11.3 To respond to any third party's claim of rights;
6.11.4 To protect the rights, property, or personal safety of "HYUNDAI KNX APP", its users, and the public;
6.11.5 Other circumstances that "HYUNDAI KNX APP" deems necessary.

7. Intellectual Property
The overall content copyright of "HYUNDAI KNX APP" belongs to Foshan Shipu Technology Lighting Co., Ltd. All products, technologies, and programs of "HYUNDAI KNX APP" are the intellectual property of "HYUNDAI KNX APP" and are not authorized here. All design patterns and other patterns, product and service names of "HYUNDAI KNX APP" are trademarks and logos owned by Foshan Shipu Technology Lighting Co., Ltd. No one may use, copy, or use them for other purposes without authorization. Without the permission of HYUNDAI KNX APP, no unit or individual may privately copy, disseminate, display, mirror, upload, download, use, or engage in any other activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of HYUNDAI KNX APP. Otherwise, HYUNDAI KNX APP will pursue relevant legal responsibilities.

8. Content Ownership
The content of this service provided by "HYUNDAI KNX APP" may include: text, software, sound, pictures, videos, charts, etc. All such content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other property ownership laws. Users may only use this content after obtaining authorization from "HYUNDAI KNX APP" or other relevant rights holders, and may not copy, recreate this content, or create derivative products related to the content without authorization. "HYUNDAI KNX APP" encourages users to make full use of the "HYUNDAI KNX APP" platform to freely post and share their own information, but this content must be in the public domain, or the user must have the right to use this content. At the same time, users legally enjoy copyright and related rights for the legal content they create and post on "HYUNDAI KNX APP". Users should not post other copyright-protected content through "HYUNDAI KNX APP". If "HYUNDAI KNX APP" receives a formal copyright complaint, it will remove such content. Public information posted on "HYUNDAI KNX APP" In this agreement, "public use areas of this service" refer to areas that can be used by the general public. The user agrees to grant "HYUNDAI KNX APP" a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the content posted by the user in the public use areas of this service and other any public use areas of this service, including content such as photos, graphics, or audio-visual materials. "HYUNDAI KNX APP" may, for the specific service purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting the posting of the aforementioned content, reproduce, modify, adapt, rewrite, or publish the aforementioned content. The aforementioned use of photos and graphic materials is only for the purpose of posting these photos or graphics in this service. The right of use remains valid during the period when the user places the aforementioned content in this service; if the user deletes the aforementioned content from this service, the right of use terminates upon deletion. The user agrees to grant "HYUNDAI KNX APP" a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and/or distribute and perform/display such content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for any other content posted by the user in other public use areas of this service.

9. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all provisions of the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and shall be fully responsible for any use of your password and your account to use this service in any way and its consequences. If your behavior violates any provisions of national laws and regulations, which may constitute a crime, you will be investigated for criminal responsibility and shall bear all legal liabilities. At the same time, if "HYUNDAI KNX APP" has reason to believe that any of your actions, including but not limited to any of your words and other actions, violate or may violate any provisions of national laws and regulations, "HYUNDAI KNX APP" may terminate the provision of services to you at any time without any prior notice.

10. Transactions with Advertisers
Any form of communication or commercial transaction between users and advertisers through this service, or participation in promotional activities, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other related terms, conditions, warranties, or statements reached, are entirely acts between the user and the advertiser. "HYUNDAI KNX APP" shall not be liable for any losses or damages of any nature suffered by the user due to any of the aforementioned transactions or the aforementioned advertisers.

11. Disclaimer
11.1 The Internet is an open platform. If users upload personal data such as photos to the Internet, they may be copied, reproduced, misappropriated, or used for other illegal purposes by other organizations or individuals. Users must be fully aware of the existence of such risks. Users explicitly agree that the risks of using "HYUNDAI KNX APP" services will be entirely borne by themselves; all consequences arising from their use of "HYUNDAI KNX APP" services shall also be borne by themselves, and HYUNDAI KNX APP shall not bear any responsibility to users. HYUNDAI KNX APP does not guarantee that the service will meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the service will not be interrupted. It also does not guarantee the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the service. "HYUNDAI KNX APP" shall not bear any responsibility for network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the control of "HYUNDAI KNX APP". HYUNDAI KNX APP is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of information released by users. HYUNDAI KNX APP has the right to judge whether the user's behavior complies with the terms of this website's user agreement. If HYUNDAI KNX APP believes that the user has violated the provisions of the agreement terms, HYUNDAI KNX APP has the right to terminate the provision of website services to them.
11.2 You understand and agree that HYUNDAI KNX APP shall not be liable for any damages or compensation arising from any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to economic, reputational, usage, data losses, or other intangible losses for damages:
11.2.1 Use or failure to use HYUNDAI KNX APP platform services;
11.2.2 Unapproved use of your account by a third party or alteration of your data;
11.2.3 Expenses and losses incurred from purchasing or obtaining any goods, samples, data, information, etc., through the HYUNDAI KNX APP platform service or substitute behaviors;
11.2.4 Your misunderstanding of HYUNDAI KNX APP platform services;
11.2.5 Any other losses related to the platform services not caused by HYUNDAI KNX APP.
11.3 HYUNDAI KNX APP is exempt from liability for the following force majeure events: normal equipment maintenance of the information network, information network connection failures, computer, communication, or other system failures, power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, disturbances, insufficient productivity or production materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, wars, government actions, orders from judicial administrative organs, or omissions of third parties that result in inability to provide services or delayed services.
11.4 You shall strictly abide by this Agreement and other agreements, activity rules, station announcements, etc. released by HYUNDAI KNX APP. If your violation of the agreement or rules causes losses to a third party or HYUNDAI KNX APP, you shall bear all responsibility.

12. How to Contact Us

13. Supplementary Provisions
The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of these User Terms and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises between the user and HYUNDAI KNX APP regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, the user should try to resolve it through friendly negotiation with HYUNDAI KNX APP; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court where "HYUNDAI KNX APP" is located. The failure of HYUNDAI KNX APP to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Service Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

The final interpretation right of all terms of this Agreement belongs to "HYUNDAI KNX APP".
